I need to do more of this: getting out at lunchtime ("what's that?" I hear you ask) and just doing a little bit of shooting. Which is exactly what Chris has been doing, with great effect. Consider my selection for this week's PotW, for instance. Just a simple mono image of a newspaper vendor in her stand. While the image is a very simple one, it offers so much to us. How could you not like this? Well done, Chris.Original thread here .g.Gary Stark

Thanks Gary and all. I have been having so much fun getting out there. I can say the fuji has recalibrated the way I have been shooting and that in and of itself is worth the price of admission...and more.
