Nice. Didn't know there were many Polar bears in Brisbane? Are they refugees from global warming?
![]() Super sharp images, what lens? They look a tad blue on my monitor. That being said, given the subject, it doesn't detract. Nice shots! 2x D700, 2x D2h, lenses, speedlights, studio, pelican cases, tripods, monopods, patridges, pear trees etc etc

if you do get one... I think you would be at the fish market every morning
![]() very nice, first one if my favourite, nice and close.
agree, they are just a tad blue on my calibrated monitor too
Oh they are blue Polar Bears... *nods*... okay... I needs to callibrate my monitor I thinks... *blush* Ummm... the lens is the crappy 75-300 kit lens that I got with my original Canon camera years ago...I'd love to upgrade it but really can't justify the expense....*sobs* Last edited by Bindii on Sun Jul 29, 2007 10:20 pm, edited 1 time in total.

What? You mean buying a new lens needs to be justified? Oh dear.... no one here ever talk to my wife! ![]() That 'crappy' lens as you put it, is being used extremely well. I thinking it was something along the lines of a 70-200 IS. (or what ever you odd canonites use). 2x D700, 2x D2h, lenses, speedlights, studio, pelican cases, tripods, monopods, patridges, pear trees etc etc

Bindii, if you can do that with a crappy lens that's fantastic!
Hassy, Leica, Nikon, iPhone
Come follow the rabbit hole...
These pics are indicative that there are no crap lenses - just crap photographers’ and these are certainly not crap - hence, a good photographer - love ’em
