Ahh - I was wondering if that was the underexposed shot I saw - you've done remarkably well to PP it into this shape D600, D7000, Nikon/Sigma/Tamron Lenses, Nikon Flashes, Sirui/Manfrotto/Benro Sticks Rodney - My Photo Blog Want: Fast Wide (14|20|24)
Re: DSLRUsers forum' all members' dinner/BBQ
in hindsight, i found even with the underexpose the red colours actually came back looking much nicer and natural than the subsequent images, the shots after that one all had blown highlights in the red making for that shitty yellow colour which was not what it looked like. gerry's photography journey No amount of processing will fix bad composition - trust me i have tried.
Re: DSLRUsers forum' all members' dinner/BBQAre the pixels blown due to length of exposure or just stuffed Gerry? Either way ...bummer. Knarly pic by the way. Regards Colin Cameras, lenses and a lust for life
