Balding, bearded guy in his 50s ... started with a Practica 35 years ago ... moved to Nikons ...
I wonder who I know who fits that sort of description?

				This guy has  a Nikon museum in Rotterdam which apparently, is just amazing. What he doesn't know about Nikon cameras doesn't exist.

				That probably explains why I still have a 12 year old car when I also have a 2 year old car

I agree - the sound is very reassuring, as is the body construction and feel of the whole package. Now, if only I can find a reasonably priced waist level finder for mine! Or even a non-metered prism.
