D700 time lapse without a remoteIs it possible to set a setting in the camera to do time lapse without a remote. I have a really cool idea for a time lapse but i dont own a remote http://flickr.com/photos/jamesthomsonphotography/ http://ausrock87.deviantart.com/ D700 | D200 (retired) | F80 |
Re: D700 time lapse without a remoteUse the interval timer function, you can set total number of shots and time between shots. I assume the D700 has this, the D200 and D300 certainly do!
Re: D700 time lapse without a remoteShould be built in, look in the camera menu (camera icon) I think that is where it is on the D300 Cameron Nikon F/Nikon 1 | Hasselblad V/XPAN| Leica M/LTM |Sony α/FE/E/Maxxum/M42 Wishlist Nikkor 24/85 f/1.4| Fuji Natura Black Scout-Images | Flickr | 365Project
Re: D700 time lapse without a remoteI know nothing about the D700 but I did happen to stumble across this marvelous video from onboard a ship leaving the port of Houston made by assembling over 2,000 images shot by a D700 using time lapse. Canon EOS 50D, 24-70 f2.8L, 100-300 f5.6L, 580EX II
