Mixing genuine and non-genuine batteries in MB-D200

Has anyone done this? I did a quick search and found the review on the MB-D200 and that it uses one battery then the other.
I am looking at getting the non-genuine batteries (which usually have a higher mAh rating) given the cost for my spares and would like to be able to mix and match as required.
Thanks in advance,
Brett

Should be no problems, but as with earlier versions of the EN-EL3, sometimes the higher rated capacities of aftermarket cells don't quite last as long as the Nikon branded ones. Take capacity ratings with a grain of salt.
Certainly consider 3rd party for the potential cost savings, but don't count on them lasting longer than the OEM ones - between charges as well as total number of charges.
When I went to purchase a spare EL3e, the retail monkey said there weren't any aftermarkets compatible with the newer EL3e's electronics reporting function. I'm sure that's a load of crock, as I've heard elsewhere that ppl are happily using 3rd party cells in their D200. I got suckered out of $100 for a spare cell that I needed hours later in that day, but since then I'm smacking myself over why I didn't plan things better and bought from HKSupplies for almost half the price delivered.

So it would be better to spend the extra $ on the original batteries from Poon rather than the generic ones?
But good to know there are no issues using a genuine and non-genuine in the grip at the same time...
Cheers
