Multiple flash units

I'm doing a wedding next weekend and am considering hiring 3 off SB800 and SU800 commander unit kit.

Has anyone use this setup before and what advice can you give to set up each unit to do the formal wedding shots.

I assume the trick is to get the light balance right and also that the camera should be setup in iTTL.

Any advice would be most welcome.
