Nikon FestWell Craig got back from Singapore today and has brought one of our colleagues into the Nikon fold with a brand new D90. Just holding it and having a look I'm pretty impressed at that price point. He also came back with a new acquisition of his own and I happened to have the D300 on my desk. So what do you do when you have 4 Nikons and Canon sitting around? You point the odd one out at the rest! The shot was actually Craig's handiwork, but he's a tad jet lagged so I got posting duties!
Re: Nikon FestCongrats on the D90 - I just bought one aswell. Still busy playing with all the features although I am very impressed with the build quality and ease of use. Edit - you definately need these nice cameras with such a nice view of the our harbour. “ If you cannot explain it simply, you dont understand it well enough ” Albert Einstein D90 / D700 / SB-900 / 50mm 1.4G / 18-200mm / 24-70mm, Manfrotto 190XDB/804RC2 Canon Powershot SX100IS, Canon IXUS 65, Pentax Optio S4
Re: Nikon Festnice view - both of them. How the %^#$@$% do you do any work with a window like that next to your desk ?? D300, 80-200 F2.8, 50mm F1.4, 18-70 kit, Sigma 14mm F3.5
Re: Nikon FestHaha, Dawesy and I don't get a window we are in a little box, called an IT office. (sic). That is actually the view from the kitchen, but the majority of the office have desks with a view of one variety or another, IT lucked out. (no we aren't bitter )
Re: Nikon Festshame about that ugly piece of metal in the background, perhaps you could clone it out?
 Re: Nikon Fest
No bitterness at all. Hey, at least you got a whole desk...
Re: Nikon FestAahhh, the good old mushroom IT offices, Great stuff with the D90 and D700 Photography, as a powerful medium of expression and communications, offers an infinite variety of perception, interpretation and execution. Ansel Adams (misc Nikon stuff)
