I love fireworks

Share your OZ day efforts here (there must be some Canberra DSLR users that took the cam along?) I was positioned just near the high court and missed out a lot (doh!).

I really like both these shots but for different reasons.

I like the first as the sky isn't black and you get a nice dusk feel to the shot. However the detail is a little.. maybe blow or lost or something on the fireworks in shot one.

Shot 2 delievers what shot one was missing, clear crisp fireworks, no romantic dusk but a nice contrast of the dark nights sky. Please feel free to post more if you have them!

Great stuff WW, while I like the dual firework affect it's a pity you couldn't modify you angle a little to get more seperation between the two (if there was more seperation to be had).

WW i too love fireworks and just dont see enough of them, so i know you have done a great job here mate and i like all of them as Craig has said. These are not always easy to shoot, like down here they no sooner start and it's all over so dont have a lot of time to try different things, well done.
Cheers
John
