Things that lept out to me in this phot, Red red rose, white white teeth, and then strangely facial hair. Interesting shot, not sure it entirely works for me, but I do like the red/white colours of the rose, lips and teeth.

I think it's a tongue ring.
Dee, I can see where you were going with this shot, but it doesn't quite reach your normal (excellent) standard.
Can't really pinpoint exactly what detracts. Maybe little things like the strange tooth / tongue ring.
The woman on the lefts mouth being a bit OOF is a bit distracting for me.
The colours are great.
