Downloaded a trial version of Topaz Gigapixel. Ran an image from this year's Avalon airshow to see how effective the result is. Here's a comparison. Does a reasonable job of upscaling. I have tried to use PS Super Resolution enhancement but I can't for the life of me find out how to do it.

OZI, I use Topaz Gigapixel and Topaz Photo AI and they do a reasonable job, no that I need to make lots of enlargements. My copy of PS is too old now and doesn't have Super Resolution enhancement. I simply don't use it enough to keep it updated.
