Vietnam 2002

...these photos were taken during my first trip to Vietnam in 2002 . More photos in my pixspot gallery. All photos taken with Nikon F4s, 70-210 f3.5-5.6 and Kodak 100 Gold negative film. Scanned with Coolscan 50?

1. "Round Dingy", Fishing village near Nha Trang.

Any comments and critique are appriciated....

The first thing I noticed was that the colours absolutely popped out! Were these true to the prints or did you or your scanner enhance the saturation?

The 'hard life' one almost looks like the electronic shutter effect of the D70 at higher speeds.

No scanner enhancement, only dirt/dust removal through scanner software.

All photos were PS CS & NC prost processed. I processed them to my liking for the final photos.

what do u think??? have I over-saturated the photo? this is my memory of the girl and lanterns.
After PP the film scanned photos, i notice film has so much more lattitude then digital.
