My Mates legs in the background and 1 of his lenes.

I always enjoy your motor action stuff John, you have an affinity with the sport... Great stuff as usual, sharp as a tack and great color, panning seems spot-on... Hmmm, eyeing off your mates toys too

Nice shots John, your a brave man enduring the heat today at the track.

Well i just got home Paul as it is a bit warm, just over 30, so yeh i think the flys are more of a hassle, so yeh just going to go through some of my pics i took with the D2X, as is only practice and not a lot of bikes out.
Maybe post a few laters.

i was wondering how awkward using the mono-pod on say a fishing rod hip belt would be ??? did you have a go at your mates set-up does he have to bend like that all the time ?
cheers rob

John, I want you to teach me how to make the d70 sing like that.
Those are some good pics, like always.

Thanks All, Rob i have not had a go but he informs me this is the proper way of using the monopod with big lens as i give you full movement, not for his bend well he is a tall lanky prick and looks even funnier on a bike.
Kerry, you know what i think of your shots mate and well i think anything that come from you is fantastic, i well might have my mororsport down pat, but lack in so many other feilds of this geat adiction of ours.

Great images John but you need to provide details of the massive lense on the whirly bird
Your mate has strong shoulders for that gear, ii would imagine there are a few nicks and scrapes on those lenses

Always good shots John, but strike me pink mate, a hot day in the Mount? 26C maybe?

Whenever I visit Mt Gambier it's near zero and raining! Not as cold as Dunedin though. Happy new year and happy D2x-ing.
