Great saturation and warmth in several of these. The large shadows from the winter sun can be difficult but you have managed to pull it off

Thanks for sharing Jeko, Love #9 I am a sucker for Dome especially at night, and I just really get into this shot. Many of the others are nicely taken too, and show a wide variety of perspectives of Rome, but I just kept coming back to #9.
I also really like the perspective in #8, lovely stuff!

Thanks!

Yep, winter sun and shadow is difficult to keep under control.
I used a polarized filter on my lens.
Occasionally, a polarizing filter or warming filter is used to reduce harsh lighting or reflections......
The warming polarizer filter can be very handy, :D

In my opinion....

Rome is one of the worlds most photogenic cities, lovely city, there is so much to see and do, the city has a kind of magic touch, is the ETERNAL CITY but..... is impossible to live there!
Noisy, smelly, crazy.....
I know so well the city (lived there for almost 30 years) and I know how to move in, on Saturday I spent an evening, I spent Three hours to find a car park!

Fab - #8 is great - the way the chairs frame everything else and the colours work brilliantly

A great series showing great colour variety and beautiful composition in the main Fab. I really like the golden chair image and that of the Swiss guards to name just a couple. :)
cheers

Great perspectives Jeko. Rome is an amazing place. I love the soldier at the colosseum with the traditional Roman beanie! You have taken an oft photographed place and given it some interesting new angles. I would love to see some more.
