 Matt
Don't apologise. I think it's a good choice. Last time there was a last minute rush to lodge too.

Birddog114 wrote:I think we have to change the rule of the challenge:To encourage more members in participating the next challenges, I have a following suggestion:

"" All the challenger has to submit his/her proposed theme for the next challenge with their submitted photo and it will be kept secret until the date of announcement the first prize on the current challenge **

This idea is helping the challengers well prepare his/ her decision of choosing the theme upfront not leave it as at the last minutes and may caused some harder choice with rush.
Birddog, I think that is unecessary. I was at the mini meet when Rokkstar announced the theme of this challenge and have to admit that I was a little suprised when he mentioned that he didn't really have any pre-conceived theme in mind before he won Challenge 3 (or words to that effect).
I think if you take a poll of the entrants to the current challenge, most will have put at least some thought into what would be the topic of the next challenge in the unlikely event that they win this one (very unlikely in my case ).
And don't forget that if a winner is unwilling/unable to come up with a new theme, the powers that be here can choose one on his/her behalf.
Perhaps a better idea may be that the theme has to be approved by a majority of the Mods before it is announced.

 What I think is:
The challenger has to set a next theme at the time of posting his image for the challenge, then his/ her theme will be reviewed by the mod erators, prior to release. Otherwise, they will rush and pick the theme at the last minutes and without any meaning or unrealistic.
For the real value of the competition, I suggest the organizer has to think about this and make people aware of the rule of posting same as choosing the next theme.Birddog114

Birddog that is a good thought. I must say one thing here, there is nothing wrong with Matt's choice. Geez, 3 candles, 3 eggs, 3 goats, maybe one of each! Anyone lacking on ideas feel free to use one of mine, or all three!

And dont forget, submission ends at midnight tonight!!!
And, unfortunately, as my email is down, please do not email me entries... Self submission seems to be working well so continue using that method

AND, if you still need to register do it NOW

No only one... and dont bother emailing me at scott.collis@anu.edu.au , its down... scott@potofgrass.com might work...
NOTICE: I am going to a movie tonight (HHGTTG starting at 9pm so might not be back till after midnight) so some final words:
 1) HIDE YOUR IMAGES, this can be done from the thumbnail views of the whole gallery from the drop down menu below your thumbail (should, all being well the only one) However, from this point one, while VERY prefered, it will not invalidate your image
 2) Strip your comment, even if it only describes the custom curve you are using... Feel free to submit a test image to the test gallery at http://www.potofgrass.com/gallery (must be logged in to see the test gallery)
 3) make sure, at a minimum that your camera make and mod el is in the exif...
Ok... now if you are STILL struggling at midnight, submit the photo anyway and email me at scott@potofgrass.com with what the problem is and I will attempt to fix it myself and submit it before voting begins... No gaurentees...
Photos submitted after midnight will be rejected
 and GOOD LUCK ALL!

 Not a problem!
Its nice having it on another server so I dont have to worry (as much) about the server staying up!

Unfortunately though, one of the entries has had to be withdrawn... While I check all entries as they come in I am only human and at the end of the day users must be responsible for checking thier images... (I am just a nother check... and in this case I missed it)
